RESPECTING PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When using www.valorpal-systeme.com, the following may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the site www.valorpal-systeme.com, the user’s service provider and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
VALORPAL only collects personal user information for the purpose of processing personal data in order to get in touch with users wishing to reach the company. This data may also be subject to computer processing in order to centralise information on VALORPAL prospects and customers.
All personal data is collected and processed on a strictly confidential basis. It may not be collected without the user’s prior permission. It is intended only for the company VALORPAL and may not be used for any other purpose than that for which it is collected.
